Quality, Accuracy and Safety in Production
In our production process we only use quality guaranteed raw materials, which are necessarily sourced from European manufacturers of certified steel products that meet the production standards. Storage safeguards the integrity of the compositional properties of the different materials, avoiding interaction between materials whenever this integrity may be compromised. The handling of raw materials, components and products in the process of manufacture is always aided by appropriate lifting and/or cargo transport equipment, respecting their use standards, ensuring the safety of people and materials.
Specialization and Performance
Fresave has the best and most suitable equipment for each of the transformation operations inherent to the production process, such as machining centers with comparison clocks, wire EDM centers, flat grinders, lathes, milling machines and welding equipment. Each workstation is equipped with state-of-the-art tools such as helical drills, stepped drills, tapered drills, core drills bits and front drilling, grinding and finishing cutters or diamond files for precise adjustments in material uniformity.
Quality, Safety and Reliability of Produced Machines
All electrical, electronic and hydraulic components used in the production of new machines or in the repair and reconstruction of used machines comply, in terms of safety characteristics, with the risk classification associated with the intended operability area of the machine in which the component is installed, complying with CE certification standards. These standards are defined by the Machinery Directive (Directive 2006/42 / EC of the European Parliament) and are transposed into Portuguese law through the Decree-Law 103/2008.
